Boston Ontario Concert
If you ever wonder how God works behind the scenes, then here is an example.I (Sandy)woke up at 6:00 a.m. on the morning of our concert with a kidney stone. I have had them before and the pain is compared to giving birth. So I had been suffering all day but I just said to the Lord I'm going to sing and I'm in your hands. My wife, Heidi prayed for me before I left the house and Mike also prayed for me as I got on the bus. I went to the back of the bus and I fell asleep, when we arrived at the concert I awoke and found that I had no pain. I sang in the concert and have not had a pain since. We are thankful for all the prayers for the Torchmen in our travels. And we give God all the Praise.

March Break Vacation
The Torchmen will be off from their singing engagements until March 30th. Mike is going on a cruise to some warm tropical place with Roberta. I'm sure his new tan will bring out his wrinkles even more.Dave will be visiting family in Michigan(especially Mom who looks forward to feeding her boy). Sandy will be visiting son Tim and daughter-in-law Allison (and future grandchild) on the beautiful island of NFLD, thats still Canada for you Americans reading this).Poor Josh will be staying home working and preparing for their move into their new home. When the Torchmen return they will begin a very busy schedule and look forward to seeing our friends we meet on the road.

This is a brand new concept idea produced in co-operation with CMC. New Face In The Torchmen QUARTET!!
The Torchmen have been without a bass singer for a month or so but we are pleased to announce that we are a quartet again. He's 26 years old ( and yes Mike does have boots older than that). He is very tall which makes Mike look even shorter, and he has a very smooth bass voice. His name is Josh Friend from Cambridge Ontario. So come out to a concert near you to hear Josh and say hello to the rest of the guys.
